Taking this property from outdated to modern vogue was the requirement of the owner. With great views over the city, the client wanted to bring the façade to modern day appearance and incorporate an entertaining area around the elevated pool, to best capture these views.
Rock retaining walls were incorporated into the new landscaping and compliments the new driveway and glass pool fencing finished off the modern look.
New pivot entry door and a complete repaint of the house were completed along with landscape lighting to highlight the entertainment area.
