Kate Fern - Operations & Contracts Manager

After completing a BA in Education with a sub major of Environmental Sciences, Kate has worked alongside builders for the Earthquake Commission in New Zealand since 2008 and has had extensive experience in small business. Kate oversees the daily running of the office, new sales enquiries and can assist you with all your queries regarding the building process.

Tony Cronin

Tony has many years experience as a qualified carpenter and recently obtained his open builders licence and joined the MV Designer Homes team. Tony is our on site supervisor overseeing the overall project management and quality control on all worksites.

Dragomir Vukelic – Architectural designer

Our in house designer, works with our clients to provide them with architectural CAD and revit drawing of their new home. With over 20 years design experience, Dragomir can provide clients with elaborate 3D drawings so they can walk through their project before it's even constructed.

Nancy Redman - Accounts Manager

As accounts manager for the MV Group of companies - every day is varied and busy.

Nancy comes qualified with:

  • MBA Professional Accounting, UNE, Member National Institute of Accountants (MNIA)
  • Degree - BSC major in Accounting Araullo Lyceum University, Phil
  • 2nd year Law proper Lyceum University, Phil

Stephanie Pavese - Administrator

Our "meet and greet" consultant, who is at the forefront of our office. Stephanie will assist you either in reception or on the phone and direct your enquiry efficient and effectively. Stephanie is also currently training in Contracts Administration and Account Management.
