Melanie Grool - Administrator

Our "meet and greet" consultant and is at the forefront of our office. Melanie will assist you either in reception or on the phone and direct your enquiry efficient and effectively.

Melanie is also currently training in Contracts Administration.

Nancy Redman - Accounts Manager

Taking care of a very important aspect of any company, the accounting, Nancy comes qualified with:

  • MBA Professional Accounting, UNE , Member, National Institute of Accountants (MNIA)
  • Degree - BSC major in Accounting Araullo Lyceum University, Phil
  • 2nd year Law proper Lyceum University, Phil

Russel Boshammer - Design & Sales Consultant

Our in house designer, working with our own clients and providing architectural CAD drawings for our clients. HIA accreditation with Greensmart.

Russel is undertaking his final RPL's for full Designer Accreditation and we should be proudly boasting his certification in 2010.

Janice Hartzer - Operations Manager

With over 16years involvement in construction - is MV Design & Constructions Operations Manager and oversees the daily running of the office and its staff.

Janice is also a qualified:

  • Interior Designer
  • Real Estate Sales Person (Qld)
  • Dip. Management

Supervisor

We are currently in transition stage of a new supervisor to take up the position - he is currently in probationary supervisory period with us now.

Apprentice

We are currently in transition stage of a new apprentice to commence April 2010 and he is in Probationary period with us currently.

Mark Vukobratich - The Builder & Licensee

18 years construction experience, Managing Director whom is involved in every aspect of running the company

Prepares the estimating and Quality Control inspections.
