Mark’s name is synonymous with quality craftsmanship.  Arriving in Cairns 18 years ago, Mark started the extremely successful and well renowned plastering company, Cairns Coastal Plasterers (‘CCP’).

CCP worked with many local and national building companies, including Glenwood Homes (subsidiary of Glencorp), Shane Pratt Homes, David McCoy Homes, Ash Mosely, Mal Anderson and the H&S Vision Group, on a diverse array of projects including The Lakes Cairns Resort & Spa, a $130million, multi-award winning development in the heart of Cairns.

“After many years of producing quality work for others, I realized there was a niche in the local marketplace for a builder who could produce affordable homes, but who placed the emphasis on quality rather than high volume” says Mark.

With an ‘Open’ Builders Licence through the Queensland Building Services Authority [QBSA No. 1032862], MV Design & Construction can assist you with any development working to any budget, including:
